PRM Software

Partner Relationship Management (PRM) software helps software vendors manage their indirect sales channel — resellers, affiliates, and referral partners. PRM automates partner onboarding, tracks deal registration, manages training and certifications, and provides analytics on partner performance. CinnaLab is an AI-powered PRM for SaaS companies that need to launch a partner program without enterprise-level cost or complexity.

A CRM manages direct relationships with end customers. A PRM manages indirect relationships — between a vendor and the partners who sell on their behalf. PRM handles partner-specific workflows: deal registration, commission tracking, partner onboarding, BANT lead scoring, and partner portal access. CinnaLab integrates with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and Zoho so partner-sourced deals flow automatically into your CRM pipeline.

BANT scores leads on four criteria: Budget (funds allocated?), Authority (is the contact a decision-maker?), Need (clear business problem?), and Timeline (how soon to buy?). In CinnaLab, partners submit leads with BANT fields and the system calculates a score from 0 to 100. Leads scoring 75 or above are considered qualified — ensuring partner managers focus on the highest-value opportunities first.

Deal registration is the process by which a channel partner formally claims a sales opportunity with a specific prospect, preventing competing claims. In CinnaLab, partners register leads through the partner portal with BANT qualification, product details, close date, and deal value. The vendor's partner manager reviews, qualifies, and converts approved leads into tracked deals with commission attribution.

Market Development Funds (MDF) are budget allocations vendors provide to partners to fund joint marketing — events, advertising, content, or co-branded campaigns. CinnaLab includes an MDF management module where vendors allocate budgets per partner, partners submit fund requests, and vendors approve, track, and reconcile spend — replacing email-based processes.

Setup & Integrations

Most vendors create their first partner program in under 10 minutes: (1) create a program using the visual designer; (2) configure partner portal branding; (3) invite partners by email. No IT project or professional services required.

CinnaLab offers native integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and Zoho CRM, syncing 14 standard fields including company name, contact, deal value, stage, close date, partner attribution, and BANT score. Custom fields are auto-created in HubSpot and Pipedrive. One CRM can be active per organisation at a time.

CinnaLab sends real-time notifications into your Slack workspace after connecting via OAuth. Configurable events include: new partner applications, lead submissions, deal stage changes, onboarding completions, commission approvals, and contract expiry reminders. Available on Growth and Scale plans.

Yes. CinnaLab integrates with Documenso (self-hosted, open-source) to automate NDA and partner agreement signing during onboarding. Partners sign electronically as part of their onboarding checklist and the executed document is stored in their record. Available on Starter, Growth, and Scale plans.

Partner Portal

Vendor Hub is CinnaLab's multi-vendor portal for resellers managing multiple SaaS vendor relationships. It consolidates cross-vendor deals, commission tracking and forecasts, commission rate change alerts, contract vault with expiry reminders, cross-vendor lead registration, and customer renewal tracking in one workspace. An AI assistant powered by Groq is available on the Growth plan.

The Partner Directory is a public directory where SaaS vendors find qualified resellers and resellers find vendors to represent. Vendors post lead opportunities; resellers apply, qualify, and — when accepted — receive the full lead directly in their Vendor Hub. The directory is publicly browsable without a CinnaLab account, so all profiles are indexed by search engines.

Partners submit leads through a five-section form: prospect information (company, website, contact); product and deal details (product, price, quantity, total, close date); BANT qualification with auto-calculated score; context (source, notes); and partner details. After submission, the vendor's partner manager is notified and the system checks for duplicate leads in CinnaLab and the connected CRM.

No. Partners register leads — the vendor's partner manager then reviews, scores, and converts or rejects the lead. This ensures only qualified, approved opportunities enter the pipeline. Partners view their active deals in My Deals after a lead has been approved.
