CinnaLab Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CinnaLab.io, operated by Cinnamon Consulting SL. By signing up or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you are using CinnaLab.io on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. The service

CinnaLab.io provides a cloud-based Partner Relationship Management platform accessed via subscription. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will not materially reduce core functionality during a paid subscription period without offering a pro-rata refund.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You may not share account credentials or allow unauthorized users access to the platform.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written consent.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via PayPal subscriptions. Prices are shown excluding applicable taxes. By subscribing you authorize PayPal to charge your payment method on the billing cycle selected.

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. You retain access until the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions may be cancelled to prevent renewal but are non-refundable after 30 days (see Refund Policy).

6. Intellectual property

CinnaLab.io and all related software, design, content, and trademarks are owned by Cinnamon Consulting SL. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for internal business purposes only. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform.

7. Data and privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using CinnaLab.io you acknowledge that we may process data as described therein.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cinnamon Consulting SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andorra la Vella, Andorra.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
