CinnaLab Refund Policy

Freemium plan

The Freemium plan is free. There is nothing to refund.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no cancellation fee. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused days on monthly plans.

If you believe you were charged in error (for example, due to a billing system fault or duplicate charge), contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and refund confirmed billing errors promptly.

Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be cancelled to prevent renewal at any time. If you cancel within 30 days of your annual renewal date, you are eligible for a full refund of that renewal payment.

After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may continue to use the platform for the remainder of the annual term.

Exception: if CinnaLab.io materially reduces core functionality during your annual subscription period, you may request a pro-rata refund for the unused portion.

14-day free trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial of the paid plan with no credit card required. No charge is made during the trial period. If you subscribe at the end of the trial and decide the service is not right for you, contact us within 7 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund.

How to request a refund

Email support@cinnalab.io with your account email address and a brief description of your situation. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Disputes

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We respond quickly and prefer to resolve billing issues directly.
